Dear 2nd Wednesday Dinner Group!

I have selected The Country Cat for October’s 2nd Wednesday’s dining experience!

I unfortunately won’t be able to join you as I have started classes at PSU, and they are Monday and Wednesday nights. I am very optimistic you will enjoy the evening without me and look forward to the reviews!!

I am very excited about our next adventure in dining. It will be at a new Ethiopian restaurant that has opened in my neighborhood called Bete-Lukas. I met with the owner, Peter, and his sister, Blaine, and they are just lovely people who welcome the opportunity to have our group experience their cuisine. Peter tells me they prepare true, authentic Ethiopian food and that we will not be disappointed! Please take at look at their web-site.

They are located at 2504 SE 50th St, Suite D - take the stairs to the right up to the 2nd floor. Our reservation is for 6:30 pm on Weds September 10th and please let me know if you will be able to be there - hope so!
