Christmas Potluck

Hope you all had a fine Thanksgiving holiday with family & friends.

2nd Wed is around the corner alright...please put your ideas together for our traditional potluck and white elephant fun. It will be Dec 8th at 6:30 at my house. Holly will bring her bean soup and I will make another (chicken or?) and so just rsvp back to all what you would like to bring. Salad, appetizer, beverage, bread/crackers or dessert. And that wonderful white elephant too.(I saw some REALLY creepy things in a thrift store recently but resisted; arent you
glad?)

ps The last two years we also collected some canned food for the Oregon Food Bank. Last year, I took it all to Jiffy Lube, which actually matches the poundage with additional donations. So if you would like to contribute again, please bring and I will do the same this year.

Hello folks!

Well Liz originally had October 2nd Wednesday but she will be unable to join us this month and asked that I switch months with her. I have decided on 3 Doors Down Café located at 1429 SE 37th Avenue at our regular time (6:30). My husband and I stumbled upon this little gem accidently one evening and we fell in love. Since then I have had the pleasure of eating here on several other occasions and had an awesome experience each time! I have made a reservation for us to sit in the bar section of the restaurant, as they have happy hour all night on Wednesdays (lucky us, they have an awesome HH menu!) or whomever wants to can order off the regular menu as well. Please RSVP to me by Tuesday, 10am so that I can give them final head count.
