Podanah's food was great, I had the lamb ribs, greens and cornbread. Rib flavor was outstanding, greens were super, well seasoned, cornbread a bit dry but excellent taste and the honey was just terriffic.Atmosphere was minimal, service was quick and efficent. I like that they took reservations for our large group.

Loved this place! So tiny and unassuming - not even a sign out front, but totally delicious. The pork ribs were great; they were tender, a little spicy, and had great flavor. The original slaw was also super good; one of the best!

What a fun evening! Good brisket and I loved the sauce--not too spicy. Original cole slaw and corn bread were very tasty. I was surprised at how quickly they brought the main courses out to such a large group. Not great ambience but the lively group made up for that!

The smell when you walked into the place was a good hint of what was to come. I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with the creamy coleslaw. I wasn't crazy about the bun it came on but the pork was tender & tasty. They didn't have a sweet BBQ sauce which is my favorite. I'd go for the orginial coleslaw next go around instead of the creamy. Nice to explore another Portland BBQ joint:) Holly
